APB News: Bluehell Productions Announced

[Sonic 297]

Drunkill, promotional manager for the Red Alert: A Path Beyond has past along this announcement of Bluehell Productions, the new name of Renegade Modding. This news also conatins a few updates about Red Alert: A Path Beyond as well.

Hi guys, lots of updates from the APB & AR forums.

We've just held our first AR & APB Live chat this morning, it seems to have been a smashing success, and we've also posted up an hour and a half long podcast with most of the discussion being included. (link to podcast)

You can expect more of these live events in the future as they seem quite popular with the fans.

During this live chat, via IRC we showed off lots of ingame screenshots from our latest internal tests, which have been stunning, to say the least. To see more screenshots from our RC6 test (Release Candidate 6) head over here: http://www.apathbeyond.com/forum/index.php...=13383&st=0

During the blog we also announced Bluehell Productions, the new working title for both the Apocalypse Rising and A Path beyond teams. The name is symbolic towards renegade modding as the main inspiration if from the commonly known bug, blue hell. To hear an explanation listen to the blog or await an official update about it on the forums in a week or two (once the logo is finished, the one attached is missing a unit from AR)

In some other great news, APB is now officially supported by xfire, so once Beta is released fans can keep track of their gametime via their Xfire profiles, and also chat ingame via the xfire client, this has been in development for quite some time so we are proud to be supported.

We'll be releasing a new video one of our staff members has put together and more screenshots and news over the next two days, so stay tuned for some big announcements.

Thanks for your support and time,
