censor the word noose?

Recommended Posts

lawl just looking around at stuff and finally ended up on MTV.com watching the Bleed it Out music video (by Linkin Park) and they censored the word noose lawl right after they censor out f*** then i look down and realize it's a clean version... but why filter the word noose? here go listen, it's a few seconds in, the lyrics to listen for are "filthy mouth no excuse find a new place to hang this noose" except instead of noose you hear nothing... http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?vid=166810

dunno, I was on Paramores MySpace and there was some random link like "vote for us on TRL!" and they're a kickass band so I decided to check it out and then that song was on there and I figured it's an awesome song so I'll go watch the music video...

No they don't.

Despite what these blithering Abercrombie & Fitch idiots want you to believe, MTV is not edgy, uncensored or anything. It's the most heavily censored network on television. They have too many high dollar advertisers so they can't risk losing one to "negative shows or appearances." **** THAT! God, even FOX has more liberties than those sniveling twats at MTV.

Unbelievable. Linkin Park censors this video in YouTube, but only the word **** gets censored...

P.S. Definition of noose: The noose is a simple knot, normally made from a small-diameter rope, that is often used by campers and hunters to catch small game. The noose has also traditionally been known as a suicide method; however the actual knot associated with this is the Hangman's knot.

Why the hell censor that!?
