Captain Xarzu 0 Posted September 5, 2007 I have a 2001 Pentium Sony VAIO. It has 512 Megs of memory. Is it too ancient to do anything worth while with? If so, I think that is sad. Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted September 5, 2007 It depends on what you want to use it for. If you want to use new applications and play new games, then your machine won't cut it. So an upgrade is in order. Computers generally last about a year or two, after that they start to struggle with the newer apps and games. So then you either upgrade or you overclock, but eventually your have to upgrade or just stop using all the pretty new things. Thats jsut how it is. Share this post Link to post
