C&C Patch 1.09 & Battlecast Viewer News

APOC is bursting at the seams with news today as he has delivered even more in the form of an update about patch 1.09 for Command & Conquer 3 and the long delayed Battlecast Viewer, as well as the planned changes to the Battlecast website. All three are scheduled for release sometime next week.

 

It's not quite the end of mid-October as promised, but with Patch 1.09 being very significant in its gameplay changes and the Battlecast Viewer being available with it, AND the Battlecast website undergoing huge changes, all slated to launch at the same time, it should be a good milestone for Command & Conquer 3 when we aim to launch all of this sometime next week. We are heading in to the final approval stages and looking strong for release next week. I will keep you posted and let you know if that changes.

I agree. Venoms aren't useful if there are any air defenses. They just don't have enough armor. And now Rocket Squads are very useful. A lowered economy will definitely require players to micro more, which is good.

Not really, if you already have C&C 3 the BattleCast Viewer is a waste of time.

Meh, I don't think a slower gameplay will help C&C3. I've become rather attached to the "fast, fluid gameplay".
