I beg to differ... I like Halo's OST, especially the Vol. 2 of Halo 2... But I suppose the C&C series is pretty good when it comes to the OST... Excluding Generals and C&C3, of course.

Although I have heard it wasnt a great game, Advent Rising has a great sound track.

 

Also Bioshock, the old 50's music fits pretty much perfectly with the unholy creepyness of the game.

Half life 1 yeh, and the first C&C with "act on instinct" ofcourse.

Battlefield desert combat is awsome also (u know the menu track, not the intro symphany crap)

Any of the MGS games, they are great for background ambience. Not really songs though, but then MGS3 had this really chessy 007 rip off type song but still.

The HLs have great songs - but they seem to play them at odd times. Not odd... but they don't... last? I guess that's how I could say it. Just seems like they could have a bit more music in it or something.

 

BF Vietnam, while no original songs, the songs they picked were great.
