What upgrade to do first ?

I was wondering what I should upgrade first on my computer for the game ?

 

These are my specs:

 

WD 80gig hd 7200 IDE

1 gig of DDR2 533mhz

Amd Athlon 3800+ socket AM2 64bit single core.

 

The min requirements are

 

CPU: 2.0GHz or high, or AMD equivalent, Vista - 2.2 GHZ

 

RAM: 512 MB or more, Vista - 1GB RAM or more

 

Video: GeForce4, ATI Radeon 8500 or greater (ATI Radeon 9200 and 9250 PCI, NVIDIA Geforce 4 MX cards not supported.). Windows Vista - NVIDIA GeForce 6100 or ATI Radeon 9500 or greater. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported.

 

Should upgrade my ram first or go for the Video card ? If I go Video card what would give me at least 2x more speed in the game. I prefer close to 3x in speed increase. I don't want to spend more then $200 CDN after taxes.

If you're running xp, upgrade the vid card. If you're running vista, upgrade the memory first.
