Zero Hour actually further unbalanced the game. If you checked the online stats before and after it was released.

USA - 31% China 34% GLA - 33%

 

Zero Hour

USA - 26% China 31% GLA - 37%

 

The Toxin and Infantry Generals are the top 2, the Laser and Superweapon Generals are the bottom 2. Eliminating the detention camp was a big mistake. Also the Intelligence timer is actually 5 minutes, even though the GUI claims its 2:00
