Depends on the version you have. Some have it in the manual (Europe), while some have a little sheet with keys.

You can also see the hotkeys in the in-game build menu's. All the yellow letters are the hotkeys.

You can also select your troops using hotkeys,

just choose the group of your troops, press CTRL+(number)

for example CTRL + 1 and you'll need to press 1 to call the group, so you can command your troops faster.

I always use the (Crtl + #). when i play as the AF gen., its the fastest way to call back your planes to the battle after dispensing their payload and reloading.

 

once a unit or group of units is designated a number, then a double click on that number with center the view around the selected group.
