C&C4 User Names

If all goes well, I plan to show C&C4 to a friend on Friday night.

So you should see me on online from 5pm onwards on 23/4/10 Sydney time.

4pm Korea, 5pm Sydney, 7pm NZ, 3am US (Chicago), 8am UK.

 

I don't really expect anyone to rock up, and I don't even know how to search friends in the game... but hey I'm putting it out there. I guess check my signature to see if I'm logged into xfire - because I could have moved onto farmville by then!

One giant problem with C&C4 is that there is no way to add people to the friends list unless you are in the same channel as them.

The only thing you can do is use /tell to message them. Useless.

 

There are about ten other big UI issues in C&C4. Like not being able to double click games in the lobby, I mean WTF?

The game should remember what type of game you last played, so you can quickly play it again. It should remember the faction you last played with so you don't have to select that every frigging time!

These things are so damn annoying.

I also really want to rant about leaving a game if you don't like the setup or players already in the party. Why go all the way back to the main menu?

Why can't it just take me back to the game list?

I think the timezones would make it too difficult... but we should at least try to get 10 of us together for a few games.
