What exactly you will pay for has not been fully explained yet, nor probably will be until we are closer to a release schedule. Last I heard, they didn't think the community was smart enough to handle it (minor paraphrasing). Does the game have a fog of war shroud ? [I really hate this] I'm certain it will. Tiberium Alliances in the browser based game. A Radeon 4650 should be ok for medium performance.
