  1. It's pretty interesting to see the versatility of the Frostbite 2 engine. It can work for FPS brilliantly (Battlefield 3), it can work for Racing brilliantly (Need For Speed: The RUN), and now apparently it can work for RTS genre too. We'll see how powerful it can work for this game. I've played BF3 and NFSTR, and it's all up to the development team, I noticed the NFS human character models seem designed more inferior as compared to BF3, as they put more focus on the car models. So for C&C G2, I probably won't have too high of an expectation for the human character models to be as superior designed as seen in BF3.
  2. Can I see the link? Sam Bass does have a particular style I've seen in his works in the recent C&C titles. Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of his works, no offense, its just personal preference.
  3. I hope they will produce hard copies (DVD packages). I know about the environmental friendly thing and the existence of online purchasing such as Steam and EA's iteration called Origin, but I rather buy a dvd package, its just a preference.

Mystery Command & Conquer Screen Shot?

For some reason such modern warfare genre titles seem to be bland in terms of single player campaigns, and compensate with better multiplayer. (for example, Generals, and even FPS games like Medal of Honor (2010), and even Battlefield 3 single player campaign, kinda a bit bland) I hope the devs do pay attention to those fans who love single player campaigns and make this interesting instead of neglecting it and focus way too much on the multiplayer part.

But... Kate Upton is featured in it! ...Wait maybe I can just choose to watch the part where she's featured and ignored the rest of the show. Winning!

Mystery Command & Conquer Screen Shot?

Looks interesting. Perhaps an RTS game engine that can zoom in to ground level? I could imagine the final product with anti-aliasing done. We'll see about that. Good lord. Please don't bring back the "Generals =/= C&C genre" discussion.

    Mozilla Firefox Official Thread

FireFox user FTW! Despite all the hoo haa about the version numbers and Google Chrome's aggressiveness, I am still quite content using FireFox. I had plans on using Chrome, I guess that'll be delay for another time. Why so many people using IE still?
  13. If Generals 2 is true, they better do a better job for such a genre because many games resolve about modern warfare setting. Recall that Sierra once did an awesome RTS title called World In Conflict. Lets pray that this upcoming C&C title is way better than that, period.
