Dr. Rodney McKay 0 Posted May 20, 2008 Now, something I'm mostly sure we all have for our computers is a case. If we didn't, we'd have our own little miniature cities sitting on top of our desktops. The seat of government in my computer land is the Graphics car. What about you? What's your case like? Is it flashy or spartan? How well does it perform? Does it float like a butterfly or sting like a bee? For myself, I have a horrible mess of a "case". It's an old Compaq Presario 8000 Case(just the case, computer parts are aftermarket) with Two panels falling off, a big empty gap toward the top where the optical drives should be, and I have to reach inside to turn the power on. I don't care though. It's serves its purpose without being flashy or wasteful. Any good cases to recommend? How does the Coolermaster series hold up? Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted May 21, 2008 Mine is between spartan and flashy but closer to spartan. It looks alright and it houses my parts and works as it should. Asus barebone cases ftw. Share this post Link to post
Inferno 22 Posted May 21, 2008 I just got a standard Dell case. It works fine and cools like nothing else. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted May 21, 2008 Mine is the Raidmax Sagitta Gaming Case. Lights up blue when powered on, the blue LEDs at the front (on the grill) flash red when there is HDD activity. And yes just as you see it in the picture above it really is that shiny with a nice mirror finish. As long as you wipe the damn dust off it Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted May 23, 2008 Mine's an Apevia (Aspire) X-Cruiser. Honestly, for the price (60 bucks) it performs and it looks alright. I've grown tired of it after a bit. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811144151 The one I want is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811129025 Share this post Link to post
