Fog of War?

Me yet again I'm afraid

 

I've noticed that there's a toggle for Fog of War in the rulesmd.ini file. Is this merely a now-defunct throwback to Tib Sun, or is it possible to enable Fog of War in YR? I tried just changing it from No to Yes but that seemed to have no effect.

Can only be done properly within maps. Logic for it has been disabled and re-enabling is not easy, even through our EXE hacks.
