Mighty BOB! 5 Posted September 9, 2008 Sorry but C&C95 does not have a rules.ini file. The .ini files started with RA1. That's not to say C&C95 can't be modded though, you can try out TibEd, or Nyerguds' beta editor, but neither of them can really mod everything in the game. I hope that helps. BlyTwo 0 Posted September 28, 2008 Actually C&C95 does, it is just packaged in some file, if TibEd can make a rules.ini file then ya it does read .ini files You may not be able to download the file, and if you don't like TibEd just get it, load then save the default rules.ini and edit it another way... Nyerguds 102 Posted October 3, 2008 (edited) Nope. TibEd makes that file itself. It first translates the raw binary data from C&C95.exe to an ini file for the editor, which can only handle INI files. If you save the changes in TibEd, it really writes to C&C95.exe, and not to some ini file. Koen already explained this somewhere in the TibEd forum.
