i think he just hacked your shizz xD and if you must know, we hooked up with AOL back in the late 90's - early 2k's... at the time they were the best ISP in the uk. we've stuck with them. until halfway through last year where AOL got bought out by carphone warehouse (who are known for being one of the WORST services out there)

 

but apart from a few hitches first of all everything seems to have smoothed out now o.o we've been contemplating changing to Skybroadband because at the moment they are the only TRUE "unlimited" ISP in the uk... everything else has cap limits or FUP's (fair usage policy. ie: if you use too much you get nerfed and you speed gets reduced for a while... but it's an insanely high thing, like 20GB per day and upwards or something... basically unachievable unless you have an 8MB - 16MB DSL and you are downloading games/movies at 500kbps+ all day XD)

 

you may laugh but i'm happy with them for the moment o.o it works y'know ^^

Comcast has that, it's something like 450gb a month which could be potentially limiting but the feds were pissed because their speed was crap during peak times, it's gotten better

Someone haxxored mah moneyz and I wasn't even using online banking at the time.

also considering changing to virgin's broadband... i would LOVE to get their brand new XXL package. first public 50MB download line =O and it's only like, £30 a month o.o;

 

however... all the packages you first see on their site are fibre optic cable lines. guess what? most of the uk DOESN'T have this. which means i would have to get their "national" services... not too bad... they are all 8MB. but you have an option to upgrade to 16MB for an extra £5 per month o.o the whole package with their phone line rental is about £21...

 

which is cheaper then everything we are getting right now XD the virgin one is not capped but they will -slightly- lower the max speed during peak hours. but nothing major... either way it's between virgin and sky ^-^ but we have to do it soonish really. the downside is that it could take a long time to get fully set up :\

 

i don't think i could live without an internet connection. i mean all my friends... the games... the por- oh right. yah. stuff. but yah i couldn't survive D: on the plus side i know what i'm doing so the technical side should be able to get done much faster if we have a techie fitting it up.
