Its obviously the video card that is screwed. Time for a new one.

 

I've got an old Leaktek Geforce Ti4200 AGP card sitting in box if your interest let me know. Very old but if your not gaming its perfectly fine for standard use, surfing the net and e-mail etc....

I have one yes, but its not being used. Its been sitting packed away in the box I purchased it in. I currently have a 9600 GT in my computer.

My 4000 series is in use, but its in another of my old rig which is still working fine. It was a gem back in the good old days.

Okay so I've opened it up, taken the card out, cleaned it and a few other bits that looked dusty, put it all back together and... lack of difference.
