Whats With The Stats In Zero Hour

The other day i played zero hour for the first time in a bit and i played a game online and won, then i logged off for a minute, came back in and my record of 122-68 was now 1-67 , i thought mabe something was messed so i tried again, and didnt work, so i lost all that work for nothing, and ive asked some people what the problem is and no one knows. anyone have any idea? then i made a new name and i was 7-3, next day i was 4-3, very frustrating, so im jus playing generals now

i know, but thats a lot of work down the drain, its not like my record was that good, but its frustrating to lose all my progress, i jus wanna know if i can prevent it

Its a known bug going around the ZH online area, but I don't know what to do about it.
