They might be referring to how the game is shaping up. I haven't even heard of a third Splinter Cell.

 

As a side note, I enjoyed Syphon Filter 2 more than Metal Gear Solid 2, but that was just me.

Metal Gear Solid 2 was the only tactical espionage game that i played through all the difficulty levels with.. collecting all the dog tags and earning the bandana and stealth suit...

 

Syphon Filter was boring but i never really bothered playing the second one so i dont know how it compares to MGS:2... :roll:

Yeah well I already knew all that. But how can they say (www.computerandvideogames.com) that SC3 is better than MGS3 if it isn't even out yet?

The rumour was that Ubisoft were going announce a third Splinter Cell game at E3, I never heard news about it so I guess it was just a rumour. They probably will make Splinter Cell 3 based on the success of Pandora Tomorrow.

Well I hope they take their time with SC3 and make it a huge game. Pandora Tomorrow is great but its way to short.

You want short? Okay, I remember a basketball game where you basically played one on one or did shooting contests. Basically you score fifteen points or take twenty five shots, and the game ends. That's it. You would take longer to crush the GLA in the first Generals mission.

Yes, and before you ask I have built an Evangelion in it. I have the first one, which I maintain is the best. The second one on PS2 was too slow for my liking.

:roll: too slow?its hard to stay on with a bunch of enimes around...its actually quite hard and a good game. by the way...you wanna hear about my two ACs?plus Z.O.E.2 was well worth the wait...the first one i beat in two days. thats probably the fastest ive ever beaten a game in. Z.O.E.2 took about 3 days
