RainXc 0 Posted January 28, 2011 Command & Conquer: Reborn has just posted a big update with lots of pictures and videos. Command & Conquer: Reborn is a Tiberian Sun mod for Command & Conquer: Renegade. This is a larger update covering testing sessions, a look at the new maps called TS_Snow, TS_City, TS_GrandCanyon and TS_Ardennes. There is also a preview of the GDI Chain Gun. Testing Sessions Our testers have been busy as always helping to find bugs and balance issues, so we can polish the game as much as possible while we all wait for the much needed release of Scripts 4.0. Just to show you what they have been up to, how nice Reborn is looking and to keep teasing you, here are a few shots and videos! You can read the full update here. Guest Stevie_K Posted January 29, 2011 These guys are doing some amazing work. One screenshot doesn't do this update justice. Share this post Link to post
Spook 0 Posted January 29, 2011 These guys are doing some amazing work. One screenshot doesn't do this update justice. I agree, it really shows how much effort they've put into this mod. Share this post Link to post
Plok 334 Posted January 29, 2011 Lookin' good. All classic C&Cs are now FPS's. Tiberian Dawn: Renegade Red Alert: A Path Beyond Tiberian Sun: Reborn Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising (still in the works) What's next? Tiberium Wars? Share this post Link to post
ApornasPlanet 9 Posted January 29, 2011 What's next? Tiberium Wars? Let's hope not. So when's this update on moddb? Share this post Link to post
Plok 334 Posted January 29, 2011 (edited) Let's hope not. Why not? C&C 3 could be an excellent MP and SP indie! Now that I see you're a TS fanatic, I'd like to point out that whenever I compare TS and TW, the only difference I see is the engine. Guest Stevie_K Posted February 1, 2011 Now that I see you're a TS fanatic, I'd like to point out that whenever I compare TS and TW, the only difference I see is the engine. That's disturbing if you ask me. As a fan who have been playing C&C since the very release of Tiberian Dawn, I honestly think that the change from TS to TW was the most noticeable (not including Renegade, Generals and C&C4). The difference is like night and day if you ask me. Share this post Link to post
