The NBA Returns this Weekend

So who is happy to see the NBA back it where it belongs, on the court rather than being locked out and bitching over billions dollars? I know I am!!

 

Opening day in on Christmas Day this year, or Boxing Day for us down under. Teams will be tested this year as they have 66 regular season games to get through before the playoffs begin in April. Some teams are playing as many 4 games in 7 days I think. And everyone faces periods on back-to-back-to-back nights (3 games in 3 days).

I didn't know you are interested in the NBA, Sonic. Anyways, I am interested in the NBA as well. The NBA lockout took a toll at the beginning of the season and lost millions and possibly billions of dollars.

 

Now there are several teams with the big stars such as...

Miami Heat: James, Wade, Bosh

LA Clippers: Griffin, Paul, Billups

Dallas Mavericks: Nowitzki, Marion, Kidd, Carter

Boston Celtics: Garnett, Pierce, Allen

NY Knicks: Anthony, Stoudemire, Davis

San Antonio Spurs: Duncan, Parker, Ginobili (been that way for about a decade)

 

This is the year that the LA Lakers is likely to make their fall this season after failing to get a trade deal to get another star player in their roster and they also trade their best sixth man to the Dallas Mavericks. Spoilers of Kobe's divorce is affecting his image in the NBA.

 

 

Go Heat... King James needs a title this year!
