Thank god. It's about time someone was in favor of this. Not having a physical copy is no excuse for preventing resale. If I buy a game and it's a pile of **** and I don't like it, I can finally dump it off on someone who wants it. I'd say that's more than fair for everyone. Kinda sick of having my games limited so severely because I'm stupid enough to buy it.

Yeah I read about this the other day, not quite sure how they'd exactly do this. I mean the only way to sell a digital copy to someone else would be to hand over your login details... Which if you use Steam, wouldn't be the best idea in hte world.

I'd say it should allow you to "repack" the product and give it to someone else for a set amount of money, done all through the Steam marketplace or whatever service allows it. It would be pretty simple. Take from one place and give it to another then the original owner has it removed from their account.

There's an online retailer that already does trade ins. But only on select titles of a certain age range... I use it often...
