Its December and that means the nominations for the 2012 Mod of the Year Awards at ModDB and the 2012 Indie of the Year Awards at IndieDB have begun. You can now started voting for your favourite Command & Conquer mods and indie games and give them some much deserved recognition.

 

 

Simply visit either the 2012 Mod of the Year Awards index at ModDB and the 2012 Indie of the Year Awards at index at IndieDB to search for your favourites and cast your votes.

C&C mods to vote for: C&C Generals Evolution and Tiberium Essence

Other 2012 mods to vote for: Black Mesa, Cry of Fear, COH Eastern Front and GTA IV San Andreas

Indie 2012 mods to vote for: none of them (unless Renegade-X gets another major release)

Personally,I think Rise of the Reds is amongst the most promising in the C&C community, too.

Black Mesa Source won the http://www.moddb.com/events/2012-mod-of-the-year-awards/features/mod-of-the-year-2012 award. While most C&C mods maintain good artistic quality there is none that stands out and is hyped to extend. Also the player base is a lot smaller.
