GTA V Comes To PC & Mac... As a Screensaver

Found this at Kotaku. It's GTA V on your PC.....as a cool a screensaver.

 

 

You might not be able to play Grand Theft Auto V on your computer yet, but you can at least enjoy hundreds of user-taken photos of GTA V and Grand Theft Auto V with Rockstars official Snapmatc Screensaver.

 

This kind of makes me wish I had another PC on my desk, set up specifically slip into screensaver mode and endlessly flip through this gorgeous catalogue of user-taken snapshots, curated by Rockstar to show off the gorgeous sights of Los Santos and Blaine Country. Sure beats flying toasters.

 

The Snapmatic Screensaver is available for PC and Mac as a free download right here.

 

And dont stop taking those photos Rockstar will be regularly updating the screensaver with fresh images.

Seeing this post on the main forum index is so misleading.

 

Kind of a neat idea, I guess. I just want to play the game.

 

 

Actually, just downloaded this. It's actually a really lame screensaver. I thought it would actually show full screen versions of the images, but it literally shows them like the picture above. Small icon pictures.

Not a great screensaver I would want. I like one great sharp HD image of a screensaver (like showing one image at a time).

My expectations for this thread were exceedingly high..

 

I now leave disappointed.

 

 

GTA is pretty, but I wouldn't say its screensaver material.
