Edit: Looks like it's now down to Generals Evolution and Tiberium (C&C4 remake) as future great RA3 mods. The Red Alert mod may have been finished but there're still some leftover work to be done. Works via scripting, new pathmusic is very probably possible if you replace some hex stuff in an already existing one (just need to know where by checking the bytecode, hard but not impossible, but again music scripting is always there) > New UI?
