Is Moddb hacked?

Some modders, players and testers are reporting that several C&C Generals/Zero Hour and even C&C3 and Dune mods have been hacked with uploaded illegal images and videos in their mods' pages. Even some of the user accounts some modders were saying have been hacked as well! Besides those, there may be other mod pages affected too.

 

What is going on with Moddb lately?

From what I understood, certain mods had the ability for users to post content to the mod page, which resulted in consequences that I've not yet been able to see (what am I missing?). Things have mostly been cleaned up on the C&C front for now.
