Music Monday C&C Music Monday - Prepare for Battle

[Sonic 297]

It's time one again for Music Monday, we started this new feature last week, sharing our favourite tracks from the archives of Command & Conquer soundtracks. This week, another personal favourite of mine, "Prepare for Battle" from the Command & Conquer soundtrack. An epic sounding track that starts out as an instrumental piece, by the 1.23 mark, its all heavy guitar riff kicks in! This is how soundtracks for RTS games should be made. One of the coolest things about "Prepare for Battle" is the fact that Frank Klepacki gave us a new version of it called

from the Universe at War: Earth Assault soundtrack. A new track will be posted next Monday. Share this on social media using the hash tags #CnCMusicMonday and #MusicMonday.

I dunno why, but I allways associate this song with RA1 instead of TD. But yeah, its a great song.

Our brain just love to connect stuff to one another and end up mixing them for us xD

Plus TD and RA1 look pretty much the same so it make it easier for our brain to make the connection unconsciously
