How to edit repair radius effect

Hi guys, it's me again I would like to know how can I raise/lower/change the repair radius circle around the war factory, I've searched without succes.

 

 

And also how can I add it into new buildings?

The circle is just a texture with its own DrawModule. Just look for "Decal_Rig_CO" and you should find it.
