need help installing the SDK with C&C Ultimate Collection

don't know if somebody have asked that before. I was trying to install the SDK with C&C Ultimate Collection without success.... this is what the installer said:

Right click -> Download on the RA3 Mod SDK folder, place it anywhere

An installation is not needed, just having the files is enough.

thanks a ton for that!! may i ask what in the other two folders?? i know is mod related.

These are just the xml and xsd files again (for a long time I hadn't had the RA3 sdk installed).
