Occupied shoot range.....?

Hi every1 is anyone know how can i change the occupied weapons range from ra2 yuri's revenge, i try to do this many times but it still not work when i change these UC weapons, the range is not change plzs help!!!!

i don't think that works.. because i made a sniper entering to garrison a building but the range is 6... i used the same weapon too.. i think to change the range, you have to change the sight of the building... i am not sure... fenring.. help...

You need a garrison weapon for the Sniper. Remember, in RA2, you don't get to specify a garrison weapon.

 

The range is set on the garrison weapon.

 

IE:

[uCAWP]

Damage=200

ROF=120

Range=18

Projectile=InvisibleLow

Speed=100

Warhead=HollowPointNoBuilding

Report=SniperAttack

 

Add Occupier=yes and add the occupy weapons on the Sniper. The same can be done for any infantry.

no... i just used the sniper weapon (i'm talking about yr) for his occupy weapon... does it have to be different? i don't think it works still...

as in OccupyWeapon= things? or something like that,.. on the unit? or something else?

Please don't spam, Catman.

 

OK, seeing as how this is Yuri's Revenge, you can't individualise the UC weapons. I refer you to the upgraded urban combat rules:

OccupyDamageMultiplier=1.2;gs since weapon is now tied to actual occupant, these restore the control lost

OccupyROFMultiplier=1.2;

OccupyWeaponRange=5;gs range bonus from being in a large footprint building is automatically

;added.  Can't get the range from the wepon since if two different guys are inside, once the short range 

;guy gets his turn then he'll make the building stop shooting.

 

If he killed the OccupyWeaponRange tag he could make each weapon individual. Unfortunately, as it says, if he had anyone in there with less range, the entire building would stop firing as soon as that guy got his turn.

 

So, kill the tag and remember not to mix infantry in buildings.
