Commander A9 0 Posted November 1, 2004 so, im searching for C&C stuff on ebay, and you wouldnt believe what I found. apparently, some nascar racecar guy has a slogan on a t-shirt that I'm a little hitched up about. Are we talking a violation of copywright laws here? Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted November 1, 2004 Not at all because Matt Kenseth uses the words "Command & Conquer" as a term and a slogan rather than a deliberate attempt to breach anything... He would admit though he is an avid C&C fan and enjoys a few games now and again when he gets some R&R. He also enjoyed the Vague Westwood Title "Earth and Beyond".. but fact is he decided not to use it in fear of Westwood and EA sueing his ass for making too many references to Westwood games, so he made do with this: Share this post Link to post
