Looking through the forums recently there doesnt seem to be an updated topic about Mods. So thought I would start one. I wanna know bout mods you have made to your game, if you need help with a mod, or if you just wanna talk to modders to help you get started. enjoy

By far, I only work for WR mod and Rising Sun mod

Cheers sonic never really looked on that forum before. However most people are talking about the mod that one team is making. I thought it would be nice to have a topic for people like me who have recently started modding and they can tell others what they have managed to do/make.

Yup, Rising Sun v0.98b will soon be available at cnc-tomorrow. The total compressed size of the mod is a bit more than 30 mb. The actual size is around 70 mb.

The enitre GLA factions have been removed. CHina has been changed into CRA. A new side has been added, the RSAF (Rising Sun Armed Forces). Total of 5 new factions have been added. One more faction left to be added, and one more base faction to be modified.

Thats cool is it just yourself workin on it? do you model skin and code your own stuff?

I don't do all things by myself ofcourse. The voice is done by chickendippers, and I got the fixed version of ICBM silo models from Thierry. I took some cameos from random sites. And a fixed skirmish script I got from deezire's forum. The rest, I did them by myself, the coding, scripting, eiditin strings, photoshopping, etc. I only have two people working on the mod, me and chickendippers. I'm really in sore need of mapper and modeller.

Recently finshed my updated laser general new units so far:

 

Laser Commanche - with original laser weapons it was meant to have

Laser Mammoth(usa) - 2 fast lasers much like the avengers anti- air weapons

 

Anyone got any other ideas?
