Adding new side with tibed problem

i am following this tutorial on http://yrarg.cncguild.net/downloads/tutorials/robnside.htm and it says u need to edit the GENERAL section of the rules.ini but tibed will not open it saying it is too big to open and the part to edit isnt under any of the headings any help will be grately appriciated

The part to edit really should be under one of the headings, as I made that part by hand...

the line i need to edit is "BaseUnit=AMCV,SMCV,PCV" and i cannot see it on any of the lists (although i may be looking in the wrong part" as it is how to add a new mcv. Hope you can help

Nice one i feel a bit stupid because that was the section i looked in and did not see it. i have now started the new team and so far its working well
