Saracen 16 Posted April 27, 2005 There's a Starbucks in International drive almost 30 seconds down the road of the hotel I'm staying in when I go to florida. Oh and there's a Subway on the corner almost opposite... I know where I'll be going on the first night after we get there Last day will be cool, I'll be going into the 7-11 shopping mall which is only 2 minutes down the road, and I might just get a starbucks before heading up there Share this post Link to post

I know exactly where that is! Which hotel? Now are you serious about the Subway and the shopping mall there (I'm assuming bell's factory outlet)?? Oh King... I'll have to show you some of the good places! I Drive is a bit of a pit... nice touristy place, but there are some really nice places nearby. Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted April 27, 2005 We are on a tight budget unfortunately.. I wish we could buy a holiday with all the trimmings a four starr hotel and all the works away from I-Drive.. but we are lumbered with the Travel lodge.. It was the Inn & Suites, but the tour operator could not guarentee us free shuttles to Disneyworld... so we decided to take the lodge. The Staybridge or the Orange tree looked nice, but due to the expense of living in Britain, and the decided time of February, we just can't get the money together in time. Anyway we are just sleeping there really, we'll be out and about in Orlando throughout the whole day. Share this post Link to post

Saracen 16 Posted April 27, 2005 I Gathered that very qucikly out of the 2 weeks we are there we only really have one day spare and that's being spent on going shopping and perhaps you buying us both a beer  Don't worry we'll buy you one too, but if you have to drive then it may not be a good idea, since British culture states that we get drunk on the last night of the holiday... it won't matter much for us, we can crawl back to the hotel  Share this post Link to post
GeneralZ 0 Posted April 28, 2005 i dont remember where i was in orlando, but i remeber that the hotel was disney hotels or something.....and we had a guide who drove us to the theme parks and picked us up at the end of the day. Was really nice there.....the last time i went was like 2 years ago.....i remember this ride i really liked at MGM studios....some star wars simulator ride...i liked that 1 very much...and also the people dressed up as SW characters walking around....i got me a pic of me walking next to Palpatine along with the royal guards behind then. i got some other people, but the stormtrooper walked too fast, and Boba Fett kept disappearing...
