Can't connect to Zero Hour Online...help

I go into the online part of the menu in Zero Hour and click Login (after I already registered an account), and it pauses for a second then gives me the message: "Could not connect to Zero Hour online". I tried creating another account, and I get the same message. Any ideas?

Got a firewall? Mayby that could be it.

I'm playing through my College's network...but other online games work fine.

Now when u say so I have been out for the same problem but after I reinstalled the game and patched the game worked fine for me.

 

The game was given me the same message Could not conect to Generals Online. And then i turned the firewall of and it works though for me.

 

So check it out and if it not work you can try to call EA.

Can someone help me,i can't connect online. It's asking me to download some update but it can't find the file. Plus i have 1.03 patchs installed.
