how ever flying through a chopper is frowned upon, unless its fully loaded gives you + 12 for the kills and -2 for the suicide so you get +10 points.

Ok, I downloaded the bf2 demo, I upgraded my video card with those drivers, then when I try to play it, the screen goes black, I am excited to play a EA game I hear is good then, the screen goes back my desktop and nothing happens. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? I got Windows XP service pack 2.

i aint gota clue i had the prob where the ea logo comes up but its all pixulated and then the game crashes i upgraded my ATI drives and it works and it owns.

You dont meet the system requirements

 

When BF2 runs on an inadequate pc, it just shuts down back to the desktop without giving an error or warning notice.

 

Check the requirements and make sure ur pc fits them all, its not just the video card, check RAM, hard drive, processor, etc.

You havent seen what my comp does yet......

 

It about shot the disk across the room. I knew the rquirements werent met, but I had to try. Didnt meet the spec for KOTOR, but it ran fine on lowest settings. BF2 however.......

 

My new fav smiley. When Empire at War comes out, I need to go on a shopping spree to the nearest Comp Shop and get upgraded. The only thing that wont get upgraded in the near future will be the shell, screen, and maybe the HD

 

other than that, Ive got $650 USD that if managed tightly can get me set to go, and still have a bunch left over to buy the games with. If not.....

BF2 OWNS IT OWNS IM LOVIN IT. here are my pc specs

 

P4 CPU 2.00 GHz

1.99 GHz, 1GB of ram

 

2.2 MB broadband through my USB 2 drive.

 

i have a Sapphire Radeon 9200SE Atlantis even thou it isnt suported the game plays but you need ALL your drives updated Video, graphics, sound ect ect. I hada upp my video drive and it works fine

BF2 runs like a dream on my pc with full draw distance and all the graphics details on high. My PC specs are:

 

CPU = P4 3.0 Ghz

RAM = 1Gb Dual Channel DDR2 RAM

GPU = 256Mb Nvidia Geforce 6800

Internet = 1 Mb broadband

 

The only problem I get is with the damn intenet game menus with the servers with 0 ping which drives me mental.

i need a new cpu my 2 GHz aint gona cut it 4 much longer. But the 0 ping thing is cos they havent refreshed yet after 2-3 refreshes there shulndt be any 0 pingers, You also get 999 pingers too. i made lance corporal and got the brit gun for my medic and i gota lota medels n ribons.

I did just get $150 USD last week.

 

But I think some of that will go into my iPod fund which is now complete. Instead of a new vid card or processor.
