What does this mean

I made a building using preexisting parts and used the xcc mixer to convert it to shp and when i went at look at it this happened in the filebag

the building was originally named ygcnst2 and in the file bag it is ygcnst

i opened it in the will's shp editor and it worked fine, i used paint shop pro 8

Try reinstalling the VB 6 runtimes... this fixes automation errors on startup, and it might fix yours too. They're on the http://www.tibed.net?page=download page.
