GLA CAPTURES ANOTHER ARMYS dozer question

i PLAY AS STEALTH, AND i ALWAYS CAPTURE A DOZER, BUILD COMMAND CENTER.......HOW COME i DONT GET THE NEW ARMYS GENERAL UPGRADES?

 

Thats becuz u start of with prince kassad not any other general but you do get the other generals weapons tanks and stuff use those they help alot
