You know if it hits upper atmosphere and miss us, they saying the sun's gravity will slingshot it back to us 7 years later... hah...

 

so will still lose... Read on Nasa.gov... and type it's the meteor's name...

you'll see it's stats and 4 possible solutions to it's landing...

 

1) It hit us.... 2029

2) It hits the moon... still bad

3) It misses us, and slingshots right back to hit us in 7 years later...

4) We get lucky... and the hand of god deflects meteor like a toaster crumb....

I'm glad you asked that question, I have behind me a prototype of the latest in Shodirkdirka technology...

 

The world's largest rubber band is to be installed to this 4 ton forked wooden platform... making the world's biggest slingshot....

 

We have made plans to pull the rubber band back with small tanks and tractors... and loading 7 rebel troops outfitted with hefty trash bags sealed in duct tape into the round chamber, providing 15 minutes of air needed to install a "dirty bomb" to the meteor...

 

After the sucessful destruction, we will then proceed to smack our shoes on a picture of George Lucas and celebrate our victory with firing various weapons in the air...

We fire the nuke as right after the asteriod passes, so the blast will shatter the asteriod and send the pieces hurrling towards the sun.
