Well... I guess, but, piano's aren't really the kind of think I look at and admire... People can post pics of guitars and bass's, but, other than that, I don't know what there is to look at... Sorry. :?

Yeah, that's happened to me at least twice, even though my school has pretty fast internet...20-30 people on the 'net at the same time makes a big difference though

I'd like to argue that with you. Have you ever heard of a guy called Roger Waters? if you heard him, and some of his talents, he plays more instruments than Geddy Lee does, and he is probably the best bassist alive today.

 

I'm getting a bass for christmas, I'm teaching myself how to play aswell, which should be fun.

BTW Geddy plays the Bass, guitar, Keyboards, sings, Drums (My Favorite Headache) and played the mandolin for a while

 

But as for getting a bass

 

Go Fender or SX Guitars. And get lessons too. You;d be suprised how much they help. I was self taught for 6 months, then got lessons and played for school. Im much much better now.

Ziggy, so you know, Roger Waters plays Bass, guitar, is capable of using a lot of the equipment used to make old electronic music and drums aswell as piano/keyboard and being able to conduct an entire orchestra, and write musical scores for any instruments AND do vocals.

 

I was going to get a Fender and I'm asking a friend of mine f he can give me a hand with it. I know several bass players so I got a lot of people who can help.

The number of instruments you can play does not say how good a musician you are. Not htat this guy aint good, but can he play the bass, sing, foot pedal synth, and alternate bass with keyboard all at the same tiem ,adn still make it sound good ?

 

Now im not saying hes better, or worse, Geddy Lee just happens to be my favorite, and is internationally accredited as one of the best ever.
