They don't work. Your brain can't read the entire message, and if you program it, your brain is self aware, and doesn't see the words, because every time it shows up, it doesn't read it, it says "oh, that again."

Your brain can only register something like 200 changes per second (Hertz). So... 1,000,000 times per second woudn't do anything. And no, there's no conclusive scientific proof that subliminal anything works.

i have unusually good long term memory. i can remember seemingly insignificant things that happened long time ago. my friends are pooked out by that.

 

problem is i have not so good short term memory.....i cant even recall yesterday's lessons unless i think hard, but a few days from now, i will remember it very clearly
