This is EA's GLA trailer (Copyright 2003), with your web address stuck on the end, presumably done in Windows movie maker. Therefore it's about as much yours as Petroglyph's right to use the C&C name.

There's a copyright on that video, and it's owned by Electronic Arts. You really have no right to even store that on your hosting account.
