RA3's FMV compared to Uprising's FMV look exactly the same to me. I never noticed any change in picture quality. They both looked clear on my screen at 1680x1050 in HD.

Dragon Age Origins! I've spent over 200 hours on that game according to Xfire!

They got rid of some crappy effect on the uprising vids. The big FMVs all look the same though.

Yes I see now... It looks like they were going for the "live transmission" look in RA3, as if you're looking at a monitor or something.

Oh is that what you mean. Its just the effect they used in RA3. And as pointed out it was not used fort Uprising. So its not so much as video quality issue.

I've been playing Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones for the GBA. I love the sprites in that game. The animation is unbelievable.

 

Too bad 2D games are a dying breed. D:

Ugh, that game was so frustrating to play. Its not just hard, its annoying. Specially with all the bugs.

 

There's new patches and some pretty good balance mods around. But in general the whole atmosphere of the game makes me forget about bugs and just live with it.

Mass Effect 2ing. I'm on my third playthrough, funnily though even with all the imporvements and "streamlining" (Streamlining is bad), the game isn't quite as addictive as in ME1.

 

But its still good.
