i think we should have a C&C Tournament sometime and maybe often the winner would be crowned C&C Champion of CNCNZ what does everyone think?

Other than that, I think it'd be an okay idea. Cept that the good C&C games are the older ones. =/

 

I'd be up for any of the C&C games... Just I am not immune to it crashing so meh.

I set this up in the past, had it's own forum and everything. We were gonna crate different ranks such as world CNCNZ champ, US champ Euro champ etc.....

 

But it didn't work at all. It lasted 3 months and not 1 person played a single game. Organise games between yourselves if ya wish, but CNCNZ will not be supporting something like this again anytime soon.

 

And the same goes for clans. :wink:

I don't think it has anything to do with attention spans. I think it boils down to not being bothered at all, in other words most people don't seem to care anymore.

 

Like everything in life, once people have their taste, they'll move on to something else. There's no major dedication put down on anything these days. Many people have bright ideas, and while there will be followers. But unless it captures the spirit of a whole conglomerate of people, no one will care.

I knew a topic like this would pop up again eventually. And like C&C King said these tournaments never work out despite all the planning. When it comes to crunch time the games are never played.

 

I think it comes down to a motivation thing. For instance..... I will confirm another layout for CNCNZ.com is the works, I've already hinted at it in another thread. It will be new colours, streamlined and so on, one problem though I really don't have the motivation to to put in serious hours on it to actually complete it. I will one day though.
