Hey, have a little problem.

Hello everyone im new to the forums and it looks great so im hoping someone here can help me out. Well sometimes when i start ZH im on the menue and about ever 5-10 seconds it will freeze for about 5 seconds, then after it does this about 10 times it will exit the game and give me an error. somtimes it works fine and other times it does it the hole time i play and never exits me out? any help?

Various things...

 

Temperature of your PC is a large one.... if the graphics card is overheating then that will cause it to go iffy.

 

Random Bull****... Yeah not very clever to say but sometimes certain programs (anti-Virus) refuse to load correctly and screw things up.

 

Certain files going 'missing' and then after a re-boot the PC can find it...

 

 

I'd advise for you to update all your drivers/anti-virus, re-install ZH and Generals and it ourta be ok.... Check how long you are on the PC as well.... every 3 hours give it 30 min cool off maybe?

I noticed that as well. For me it is usually due to mods, fiddling with the game or having a lot of programs and files added and removed.

When I had a real crap computer overheating was bad, but an ice pack on top of the case actually helped a lot. 8)
