Powerball

[Saracen 16]

Does anybody else own one of these high precision instruments? It's a great tool for improving strength and stamina in the arms and has completely replaced my collection of dumbbells. I operate the speed of this thing using my wrist and the torque does the rest! And it's damn addictive! Have no clue what I'm on about? OK let me quote:

Powerball Gyro - The fastest non motorised device on the planet!!!!

Well what exactly is a Powerball Gyro I hear you ask? Powerball is an incredibly unique training device or gadget which can be used in many sports including golf, tennis, badminton, squash, cricket, baseball, boxing, archery, hockey, martial arts, mountain biking, playing musical instruments and many many more sports and activities, anything at all involving the use of wrists arms shoulders and fingers. This is the exact product used by Senior Golf Pro Karl Woodward, the current official Guinness Golf Drive World Record Holder, with a drive of an astonishing 408 yards (all carry!!!) He now recommends Powerball unreservedly to all golfers to help massively increase the length and power of their golf drive and long game.

The Powerball Gyro is a little larger than a tennis ball, but spin that gyroscope up to 15,000 RPM and it is generating an incredible 40lbs of torque subjecting your whole arm to a completely dynamic workout. Speeds are recorded by a digital REV counter which is ideal for monitoring daily increases in strength, and also serves as a useful addition when challenging friends and colleagues for the highest score. Be warned that this is an extremely addictive gadget and you will not want your high score to be beaten by anyone.

How it works

The inner rotor (gyroscope) is set in motion using the starter cord provided. Spinning at (approx) 2,500 RPM the user will already feel the gyroscopic forces kick in. It is now up to the user to increase the speed of the rotor by making rotational movements with their wrist, keeping in sync with the spinning speed of the ball. The faster you spin, the more demanding it becomes. This finely balanced gyroscope will spin at speeds in excess of 15,000 RPM and the World Record High Score is 16,317 RPM. Will you be the one to beat it?

* Spins at speeds in excess of 15,000 RPM

* Generates between 1-40 lbs of torque

* Built-In Rev Counter with 4 Functions

* As used by Karl Woodward, Senior Golf Pro and Guinness Golf Drive World Record Holder ( 408 yards all carry!!! )

* Seriously addictive
