Main Menu Screen for C&C 3

The image below is apparently the main menu of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. However you can expect it to look very different by the time you get the game. First and foremost, the old C&C 3 logo is used in this picture. The options match what we have previously seen in C&C Generals and Zero Hour, with buttons named Tutorials, Solo Play, Multiplayer, Options and the always useful Quit button.

Yeah, it looks too prefect to be main menu screen but why there are 2 representetions of earth?

I wonder if, when you click those buttons, they just open up in tabs, or if the background and music changes as well.
