I use it all the time...

 

If you are USA or China, or your Ally is, you can use your dozers to switch tech trees.

Get a Nuke Cannon with Neutron Shells and get two dozers at the same spot, one is your dozer, the other is your ally's.

Get the Nuke Cannon to fire a Neutron Shell on them, this will kill the pilots in both dozers and allow them to be captured, get your soldier to capture your ally's dozers and let your ally capture your dozer.

You can now build their tech and they can build yours!

 

PS: Opponents might accuse you of hacking, explain the above to them if they do.

in most games, players start screaming if sum1 builds a sw.

 

otherwise people know that trick and wont be so alarmed. also try getting neutron mines as china, then force firing on the ground near a dozer to set them off. it should work, though i never really bother to switch techs when i play.
