Koen 2 Posted February 7, 2004 At the moment, you have TibEd 2 alpha 10: http://www.tibed.net/beta/tibed2alpha10.exe which is pretty stable. And there is alpha 11: http://www.tibed.net/download?tibed2alpha Alpha 11 seems to crash for some people after selecting a game and starting a new project. This is currently under investigation, but I know very little about the reason it's crashing. Can anyone who has this problem post the output given in the console window, if any? What is your game folder shown in the first screen? Can you perhaps take a screenshot of the error message and/or this screen? What is your Windows version? Are you running (in case of 2000/XP) as the administrator of the PC, or are you running as a more restricted user? It's also possible you're not using multiple users on 2000/XP of course. I just updated alpha 11 to build 45, which shows more info in the console window, so make sure you're using that when posting the about the error here. Share this post Link to post
Thierry 0 Posted February 7, 2004 Well koen, here is my error. It shows up when I select the Zero Hour option at the start. It works fine with the Generals but with zero hour I get this: Access violation address 004219A2 in module ‘Tibed2.exe’. Read of address 00000000 Don't know what it means... Koen 2 Posted February 8, 2004 Ouch, have been testing too much with Generals as an option I guess... Can you download build 45 and tell me what the console window shows as output? Share this post Link to post
Koen 2 Posted February 8, 2004 Zero Hour editing has been fixed in Build 46 (alpha 11b). The only real change is in ZeroHour.dta (which was severely broken due to a bug I introduced in the DTA compiler). Share this post Link to post
