Mircosoft Outlook vs Outlook Express Question

Recommended Posts

Guest MachineDoctor

I use Microsoft Outlook as my mail browser. I also have Outlook Express, which I use on a different computer.

In Outlook Express, I can right click and look at the properties of the E-mail (including header information).

I can't seem to find a way in Outlook to do this!

Has anyone encountered this OR know a way to view that information from within Outlook?

Thanks for your help!

I think what you posted is for Express or a different version of Outlook. I have 2000.

You did point me in the right direction though!

As you posted, right click on the file but the choice is "Options". If you select options, at the bottom of the window that opens up, it will show the Internet Header.

Thanks for the help!

I use Outlook Express as well, but I run MailWasher before I download my e-mail into Outlook Express.

Got to combat the spam

It is such a good thing that most of the world has little or no idea where New Zealand is. Spam free is pretty cool. As oppsed to my Hotmail account. 5 messages in my inbox per month. 235 messages in my trash box. ;):)
