They will be divisions! Like GDI Bureaucracy Division, GDI Nonsense Division and GDI Tank Division.

 

And Nod will have Terrorist Cells taht specialize in Tiberium Weapons, Stealth and others

the subfactions are just different branches of nod itself, there doing it just like zero hour... which is what i knew they would do... once a habit always a habit

why not just use your head rather then being a fan and doing a whole bunch of what ifs? cabal doesnt exist in C&C 3 timeline(i dont mean as in different universe... as in he isnt around) plus he isnt even invovled with the rest of nod anyway

 

all there doing is doing exactly what they did with generals, they added more subfactions... all these subfactions are, are just different branches of that faction...

 

just like on generals

infantry

tank

nuke

they did same with C&C 3... plus you most likely wont be able to use the subfactions(its possible if there doing the domination thing) in story mode...

wasnt he if i remember rightly CABAL was made up of conciousnesses of various NOD soldiers I.E Seth and probably many other generals so get your facts right

WHY the hell would cabal be a subfaction of Nod?!?!? Are you all gone mad. Cabal was Nod's enemy in Tiberian Sun, why would it be on their side now?

Cabal doesn't have to have anything to do with the subfaction. It can still be cyborgs and such, just no longer under his control.

 

But I do imagine he will be mentioned in the storyline of the expansion. If he ain't, then heads will roll~!!!

1 - Generals has NOTHING to do with C&C 3. Get that through your heads, whoever thinks that. Don't make any relations whatsoever.

 

2 - There is no evidence that will prove CABAL to be in this game, but at the same time there is no evidence proving he wont be, so, nobody is more right than anyone else.

 

3 - The whole point of this thread / discussion is for the "what if's" punwisp, that's what speculation is all about. And you can't say they "did the same with C&C 3," because it hasn't been done yet! We've just heard that they're going to do it.

ANYWAY... back on topic. The subfactions sound more like Emperor than ZH. You pick your main faction and you pick your 'subfaction' which gives you a few extra units.
